Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, and similar laws, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

What We Share

Thrive Market does not sell personal information for money. However, we use advertising partners (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) that may collect identifiers and internet activity from your device for targeted advertising. Under CPRA this constitutes "sharing."

How to Opt Out

You can opt out in any of the following ways:

Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser or extension — we honor GPC signals automatically.
Click "Reject All" in our Cookie Preferences banner.
Email privacy@thrivetemarket.com with subject "Do Not Sell/Share Request."
Opt out of industry-wide behavioral advertising at optout.aboutads.info (DAA) and optout.networkadvertising.org (NAI).

What Happens When You Opt Out

Advertising cookies will be disabled on our site.
You will still see ads elsewhere, but they will not be based on your Thrive Market activity.
Essential site functionality is unaffected.
We will not discriminate against you for opting out.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit opt-out requests on your behalf. We will require verification of the agent's authority.

Timing

Opt-out requests are honored within 15 business days.
